Enjoy the spectacular views from the 3rd floor in Luau II. This gorgeous condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, full-size fridge, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. Additional amenities include a dining table, large flat-screen TV, washer/dryer, and a view from the king-sized master bed. Luau provides first-class amenities for you and your guests, including a lagoon-style pool, a fitness center, and an outdoor grilling area perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

Luau II beach access is approximately half a block away so walking is easy from the Luau. You can either bring your own beach chairs or you can rent some from the beach attendant. Take the free shuttle service across the street on the Bayside of the resort and visit The Village of Baytowne Wharf where you will find everything from fine dining and live music, to fun activities for you and the kids. Check in and check out were both on line and via a keypad on the door. There is a disjoint between the rental company you call and the service you book thru. Not the same people can't answer simple questions. The rental company has no idea about the unit nor the owner. No wifi as advertised, refrigerator was frozen and they never fixed it, commode "runs" you have to jiggle it, can't use Sandestin amenities at all, conforter and pillows dirty, bed is very hard, water to tub "hesitates" and doesn't come on u tip after a period of time, tried all week to get an answer to wifi problem and realized that there is not even a modem in the unit this no subscription to a service. The unit needs bascics fixed befor rented to any more people. If you are going to Sandestin e pecking to use their basic aminities such as their shuttle, pool at the beach, spa, bicycles, beach set up is twice the price, charge per day for spa, also no phone in room or anything related to Sandestin.

Hello Robert,
We're so sorry you didn't have a pleasant stay with us. From my understanding, upon your departure, we only heard about the toilet and refrigerator issue. I'd like to report that we did have those issues taken care of and would certainly have taken care of them before your departure as well. As far as knowledge of the unit, VRBO has their own representatives that can make reservations for guests. Once a reservation is made with one of our units, our information is then sent to the guest should they have any additional questions regarding their stay. I can assure you we know our units very well and if there is something we do not know, we will certainly find out for you. So i'm not sure who you spoke to with questions regarding this unit. In regards to the wifi, all of our units come with free wifi, the Luau building does use their own internet service and like most, once you connect, you do have to sign into the network using the information we have provided you. I did call the internet provider as well just to make sure they weren't seeing anything wrong on their end. I can assure you it is up and running just fine. I apologize that there were some complications connecting to it. Certainly Sandestin amenities are not made available to other rental companies to ensure that Sandestin gets the booking. We do offer our guests free shuttle service throughout the resort. Had the housekeeping issues been reported, we certainly would have addressed that in a timely manner. It is our goal to try and ensure all our guests have a great stay with us. Should you decide to give us another try in the future, we would be happy to apply a discount to your reservation and would do our very best to make sure you enjoy your stay.
